9:6-8.58b Regulations. 2. The Commissioner of Children and Families pursuant to the "Administrative Procedure Act," P.L.1968, c.410 (C.52:14B-1 et seq.), shall adopt regulations to effectuate the purposes of this act. L.1998, c.127, s.2; amended 2006, c.47, s.53.
