Definition of "fact-finding hearing"

9:6-8.44. Definition of "fact-finding hearing" When used in this act the term "fact-finding hearing" means a hearing to determine whether the child is an abused or neglected child as defined herein. L.1974, c. 119, s. 24, eff. Oct. 10, 1974.
