9:6-8.15 Rules and regulations. 8. The Division of Child Protection and Permanency shall from time to time promulgate such rules and regulations as may be necessary to effectuate the provisions of P.L.1971, c.437 (C.9:6-8.8 et seq.). L.1971, c.437, s.8; amended 2012, c.16, s.26.
