Temporary removal of child from a detrimental placement; permitted

9:23-15. Temporary removal of child from a detrimental placement; permitted Nothing contained herein shall be deemed to prevent the temporary removal of a child by the appropriate officials of the receiving state from a placement approved by the Compact Administrator where there is reasonable cause to believe that the placement may be detrimental to the health, safety or welfare of the child.
