Financial responsibility for child placed in State

9:23-11. Financial responsibility for child placed in State Financial responsibility for any child placed in New Jersey pursuant to the compact shall be determined in the first instance in accordance with the provisions of Article V thereof, but, in the event of partial or complete default of performance thereunder the provisions of any other law fixing the responsibility for the support of children shall apply.
