Joint municipal youth guidance commission in contiguous municipalities

9:22-2. Joint municipal youth guidance commission in contiguous municipalities Two or more contiguous municipalities may by concurrent resolution of their respective governing bodies establish a joint municipal youth guidance commission. Where a joint municipal youth guidance commission is established, the membership shall be divided among the participating municipalities on a basis deemed equitable by the respective governing bodies.
