Municipal youth guidance commission

9:21-2. Municipal youth guidance commission If in any municipality there shall exist a municipal youth guidance commission or other organization specifically devoted to the prevention of crime and juvenile delinquency, such commission or organization may give, to the courts having jurisdiction of offenses and juvenile delinquency occurring in such municipality, notice of the existence of the commission or other organization and it shall be the duty of such courts to send copies of all such reports to such commission or other organization.
