Payment for maintenance

9:11-6. Payment for maintenance The court committing a delinquent to the county youth house shall make inquiry into his family conditions and circumstances and, if of opinion that the parents of such delinquent are able to maintain him, may include in the commitment order an order that the parents pay to the county such sum for support, maintenance and clothing of the delinquent as in the opinion of the court is proper.
