6:1-50.2 Regulations. 2. The commissioner is authorized to adopt regulations, pursuant to the "Administrative Procedure Act," P.L. 1968, c.410 ( C.52:14B-1 et seq.), to effectuate the purposes of this act. L.2005,c.101,s.2.
