Licenses: burden of proof

6:1-47. Licenses: burden of proof In any proceeding, investigation or hearing, criminal or otherwise, under any of the provisions of this chapter, any person who relies upon a license of any kind shall have the burden of proving that he is the holder of a valid and effective license.
