Licenses: modification; suspension; revocation

6:1-45. Licenses: modification; suspension; revocation Any license issued pursuant to the provisions of this chapter may be modified, suspended or revoked when in the interest of public safety or the safety of those participating in aeronautical activities, the commission shall deem such action advisable, after violation of any provision of this chapter or any rule, regulation or order promulgated thereunder. In the event the commission shall exercise the powers granted by sections sixteen, twenty, twenty-two and twenty-five of this article, it shall by rule, regulation or order provide for the modification, suspension or revocation of the privilege granted thereunder, as the public safety or the safety of those participating in aeronautical activities shall require.
