Appropriation of funds by municipality

58:5-38. Appropriation of funds by municipality Any municipality shall have power, in the discretion of its governing body, to appropriate moneys for the purposes of the commission, and to pay, lend or donate such moneys to the commission in such installments and upon such terms as may be agreed upon between such municipality and the commission.
