Redrafted contract; submission; resubmission

58:5-14. Redrafted contract; submission; resubmission If such suggested modifications, the failure of any municipality to signify its acceptance of the contract, or the withdrawal of any municipality from further participation, necessitates the redrafting of the contract, the commission shall proceed so to do and shall submit the redrafted contract to the remaining municipalities, notifying them of a time, which shall not be less than fifteen days from the delivery of the notice at the office of the clerk of the respective municipalities, within which they shall signify their acceptance of the modified contract. Such process shall be continued by the resubmission of modified contracts for the consideration of which not less than fifteen days, as herein above provided, shall be allowed, until a form of contract has been agreed upon by the commission and one or more municipalities.
