Partial invalidity

58:4A-27. Partial invalidity If any part, section, subsection, sentence, clause or phrase of this act shall be held unconstitutional or void for any reason, such decisions shall not affect the validity of the remaining portions of this act. L.1947, c. 377, p. 1199, s. 23.
