Stormwater collection systems

58:25-33. Stormwater collection systems Any stormwater collection system constructed by the Department of Transportation or any other state agency that may discharge stormwater into surface waters, shall be designed to abate, to the greatest extent practicable and feasible, any adverse environmental impact on the quality of the surface water into which the stormwater may be discharged.
