Use of property

58:21B-5. Use of property Real property acquired as authorized pursuant to this act shall be held primarily for use in connection with a water supply system, but shall also be made available, as a State reservation, for recreational and other State uses consistent with its primary use, in accordance with rules and regulations to be promulgated by the Commissioner of Environmental Protection. L.1970, c. 147, s. 5, eff. July 17, 1970.
