58:21B-3. Eminent domain Acquisition of real property for water supply facilities as authorized by this act may be made by purchase or by the exercise of the power of eminent domain, pursuant to the provisions of chapter 1 of Title 20 of the Revised Statutes. L.1970, c. 147, s. 3, eff. July 17, 1970.
