Services by state agencies; Attorney General as counsel

58:1B-21. Services by state agencies; Attorney General as counsel All officers, departments, boards, agencies, divisions and commissions of the State are authorized to render such services to the authority as may be within the area of their respective governmental functions as fixed by law, and as may be requested by the authority. The cost and expense of the services shall be met and provided for by the authority. The Attorney General shall serve as counsel to the authority. L.1981, c. 293, s. 21, eff. Oct. 7, 1981.
