Inapplicability of act to construction, operation or repair of retail water system or project

58:1B-18. Inapplicability of act to construction, operation or repair of retail water system or project Nothing in this act shall be construed to authorize or permit the authority to plan, initiate, acquire, construct, maintain, repair or operate any retail water system or project.
