No personal liability on bonds

58:1B-12. No personal liability on bonds Neither the members of the authority nor any person executing bonds issued pursuant to this act shall be liable personally on the bonds by reason of the issuance thereof. L.1981, c. 293, s. 12, eff. Oct. 7, 1981.
