Continuation of prior rules and regulations

58:1A-17. Continuation of prior rules and regulations Any rules and regulations promulgated pursuant to any statutes repealed by this act shall remain in effect until superseded by rules and regulations promulgated pursuant to this act. However, all such rules and regulations shall be reviewed and revised where necessary by the department within 2 years of the enactment of this act. L.1981, c. 262, s. 25, eff. Aug. 13, 1981.
