Rules and regulations by affected municipality or other responsible entity for development and use of land in flood fringe area

58:16A-57. Rules and regulations by affected municipality or other responsible entity for development and use of land in flood fringe area Within 12 months after the delineation of any flood hazard area, and at least 12 months after the promulgation of standards by the department, the affected municipality or other responsible entity shall adopt rules and regulations concerning the development and use of land in the flood fringe area which at least conform to the standards promulgated by the department.
