58:14-34.2. Leases for use of intercepting sewer authorized At any time hereafter, the commissioners may enter into a lease with any municipality, governmental agency, person, firm or corporation, for the use of the intercepting sewer for the disposal of additional sewage originating from a drainage area of the Passaic river below the Great Falls in the city of Paterson.
