5% limit on administration costs

58:12A-24. 5% limit on administration costs a. Of the $40,000,000.00 appropriated pursuant to P.L. 1987, c. 154 to the Department of Environmental Protection for hazardous site mitigation Statewide, the sum of $30,000,000.00 is transferred to the "Water Supply Replacement Trust Fund" to carry out the purposes of this act. Of this amount, the Department is authorized to utilize not more than 5% of the total appropriated per year to cover costs incurred in the administration of sections 2a. and 2b. of this act. b. Of the $45,000,000.00 appropriated pursuant to P.L. 1988, c. 47 to the Department of Environmental Protection for hazardous site mitigation Statewide, $30,000,000.00 is transferred to the "Water Supply Replacement Trust Fund" to carry out the purposes of this act. Of this amount, the Department is authorized to utilize not more than 5% of the total appropriated per year to cover costs incurred in the administration of sections 2a. and 2b. of this act.
