58:12A-12.3 Certain notice exemption not exercised. 9. The authority granted pursuant to the "Safe Drinking Water Act Amendments of 1996," 42 U.S.C.s.300f et al., to exempt public community water systems serving fewer than 10,000 persons from the requirement to mail a Consumer Confidence Report to each customer shall not be exercised.
