58:11-38. Violations No person or corporation shall construct or install any water supply system or sewerage facilities for a realty improvement, which are not in accordance with the provisions of the application or any amendment thereof or supplement thereto, made for any certification on which a certification shall be issued as herein provided, and any person or corporation violating any provisions of this section shall be subject to the penalties and remedies hereinafter provided for, which may be recovered and enforced by the board of health having jurisdiction in the municipality in which such violation shall occur.
