Inspection and tests; right of entry

58:11-32. Inspection and tests; right of entry A board of health or the State department shall have power to make, or cause to be made, such inspections and tests as may be necessary to carry out the purposes of this act and its authorized representatives shall at all times have the right to enter upon lands of realty improvements for said purposes.
