Powers of board vested in members.

58:10C-4 Powers of board vested in members. 4. The powers of the board shall be vested in the members thereof in office. A majority of the total authorized membership of the board shall constitute a quorum and no action may be taken by the board except upon the affirmative vote of a majority of the total authorized membership of the board.
