58:10A-11. Person with delegated responsibility to approve permits; qualifications Notwithstanding any contrary provision of State law, no person to whom the commissioner has delegated responsibility to approve permits or portions thereof may accept this responsibility if such person receives, or has received during the previous two years, a significant portion of his income directly or indirectly from permit holders or applicants for a permit.
