58:10-23.24 Hazardous substance contingency response master plan. 5. The department shall adopt, within 10 months of the effective date of this act and pursuant to the "Administrative Procedure Act," P.L.1968, c.410 (C.52:14B-1 et seq.), a Hazardous Substance Contingency Master Plan.
