58:10-23.19. Plan for cleanup and removal by municipality; submission to and disposition by department a. The governing body of any municipality which intends to remove or clean up a hazardous discharge site included on the master list shall submit to the department a plan for the cleanup and removal, which shall include a written estimate of the cost of the cleanup or removal. b. The department shall, within 30 days of the receipt of the plan, approve, modify or disapprove the plan. L.1982, c. 202, s. 5, eff. Dec. 16, 1982.
