Definitions

58:10-23.15. Definitions As used in this act: a. "Department" means the Department of Environmental Protection. b. "Hazardous discharge" means a discharge of hazardous substances as defined in section 3 of P.L.1976, c. 141 (C. 58:10-23.11b) or a hazardous discharge as defined in P.L.1981, c. 275. L.1982, c. 202, s. 1, eff. Dec. 16, 1982.
