58:10-23.11y. Annual report The commissioner shall make an annual report to the Legislature and Governor, which shall describe the quality and quantity of spills of hazardous substances, the costs and damages paid by and recovered for the fund, and the economic and environmental impacts on the State as a result of the administration of this act. Annual report The department shall annually submit a written report to the Senate Energy and Environment Committee and to the Assembly Environmental Quality Committee, or their successors, which shall include the information required pursuant to section 26 of P.L. 1976, c. 141 (C. 58:10-23.11y) as well as the list transmitted to the Director of the Division of Taxation in the Department of the Treasury pursuant to section 3 of this amendatory and supplementary act and the list compiled by the department pursuant to section 4 of this amendatory and supplementary act.
