Contracts and combinations in restraint of trade

56:9-3. Contracts and combinations in restraint of trade Every contract, combination in the form of trust or otherwise, or conspiracy in restraint of trade or commerce, in this State, shall be unlawful. L.1970, c. 73, s. 3, eff. May 21, 1970.
