56:8-90. Change notification; bill information 5. When an authorized change in a telecommunications service provider is made, the new telecommunications service provider shall be responsible for notifying the customer of the change within 30 days in the manner determined by the board pursuant to section 4 of this act. In addition, any bill for intrastate, interLATA, intraLATA or local exchange service shall contain the name and telephone number of each telecommunications service provider for which billing is provided, and any other information deemed applicable by the telecommunications service provider.
