56:8-53.5 Rules, regulations. 6. a. Pursuant to the "Administrative Procedure Act," P.L.1968, c.410 (C.52:14B-1 et seq.), the Director of the Division of Consumer Affairs in the Department of Law and Public Safety, may adopt rules and regulations to effectuate the purposes of sections 1 through 4 of this act. b. Pursuant to the "Administrative Procedure Act," P.L.1968, c.410 (C.52:14B-1 et seq.), the Commissioner of Children and Families shall adopt rules and regulations to effectuate the purposes of section 5 of this bill.
