Nonapplicability

56:8-47. Nonapplicability The provisions of this act shall not apply to any nonprofit public or private school, college or university; the State or any of its political subdivisions; or any bona fide nonprofit, religious, ethnic, or community organization. L. 1987, c. 238, s. 9.
