Price signs; display and maintenance

56:6-2.2. Price signs; display and maintenance Signs under the control of the retail dealer, stating the price of motor fuel for delivery into the service tank or tanks of any vehicle propelled by an internal combustion engine, shall be displayed and maintained as provided for in section 3 of P.L.1952, c. 258 (C. 56:6-2.3). No other sign relating to the price of motor fuel shall be used or displayed on or about the premises where the motor fuel is sold at retail or on other premises under the control of the retail dealer.
