Separability of provisions

56:6-16. Separability of provisions If any of the provisions of this act or the application thereof to any person or circumstances be held invalid, such invalidity shall not affect the validity of other provisions or applications of this act, which can be given effect without the invalid provision or application, and to this end the provisions of this act are declared separable.
