Injunction; damages

56:4-2. Injunction; damages Any person, firm or corporation violating any of the provisions of section 56:4-1 of this title shall be liable, at the suit of the maker of such branded or trade-marked products, or any other injured person, to an injunction against such practices, and shall be liable in such suit for all damages, directly or indirectly caused, to the maker by such practices, which damages may be trebled in the discretion of the court.
