Appropriation of name, brand, trade-mark, reputation or goodwill of maker by dealer in product of maker

56:4-1. Appropriation of name, brand, trade-mark, reputation or goodwill of maker by dealer in product of maker No merchant, firm or corporation shall appropriate for his or their own use a name, brand, trade-mark, reputation or goodwill of any maker in whose product such merchant, firm or corporation deals. Amended by L.1975, c. 107, s. 2.
