Agent of railroad for protection of cans

56:3-43. Agent of railroad for protection of cans The superintendent of any railroad over which milk or cream shall be carried or shipped to any place within this state, shall have the power to appoint an agent for the collection, protection and care of any milk or cream cans shipped over such railroad, on such terms of compensation as may be arranged between such railroad company and any such agent.
