Deposit for safe-keeping or return of articles not sale thereof

56:3-40. Deposit for safe-keeping or return of articles not sale thereof The requiring, taking or acceptance of any sum of money by the owner of towels, coats, aprons, toilet cabinets, toilet devices, or any other articles or supplies used for the purpose of cleanliness and sanitation as a deposit for security for the safe-keeping and return of such article or articles shall not constitute a sale of such property, either optional or otherwise.
