Presumptive evidence of ownership of containers

56:3-26. Presumptive evidence of ownership of containers The presence, upon any bottle, container or receptacle mentioned in section 56:3-15 of this title, of any name, mark or device which has been registered and published as provided by sections 56:3-16 and 56:3-17 of this title, shall be presumptive evidence, in any proceeding or trial, that the owner or proprietor of any such name, mark or device is the owner or proprietor of such bottle, container or receptacle.
