N.J.S.A. 56:13-23

Effective date.

56:13-23 Effective date. 26. This act shall take effect on the 360th day following enactment, except that section 4 shall remain inoperative for 180 days following the effective date, but the director may take such anticipatory action as may be necessary to effectuate those provisions of this act.
