56:12-96 Violations deemed unlawful practice. 10. a. A violation of any of the provisions of this act shall be an unlawful practice and a violation of P.L.1960, c.39 (C.56:8-1 et seq.). b. In order to enforce the provisions of this act, the director may conduct examinations of any provider, administrator, seller, or other person subject to the provisions of this act. Upon request by the director, a provider, administrator, seller, or other person shall make any accounts, books, papers, documents and other records required and maintained pursuant to section 9 of this act available to the director for inspection which are necessary to enable the director to reasonably determine compliance with this act.
