Use of specific language

56:12-6. Use of specific language The use of specific language in a consumer contract required, permitted or approved by a law, regulation, rule or published interpretation of a State or Federal agency shall not violate this act. L.1980, c. 125, s. 6, eff. Oct. 16, 1980.
