Class actions; limitation on punitive damages

56:12-4. Class actions; limitation on punitive damages Class actions may be brought under the provisions of this act, but the amount of punitive damages shall be limited to $10,000.00 against any one seller, lessor, insurer or creditor and the amount of attorney's fees may not exceed $10,000.00.
