56:12-12 Injunctions; attorney fees, court costs. 12. The Office of the Attorney General, the Division of Consumer Affairs, the Division of Rate Counsel in, but not of, the Department of the Treasury, the Commissioner of Banking and Insurance, in regard to contracts of insurance provided for in subsection c. of section 1 of this act (C.56:12-1), or any interested person may seek injunctive relief. The court may authorize reasonable attorney's fees, not to exceed $2,500.00, and court costs in such a proceeding.
