Inapplicability of act to statements of accounts of public utilities

56:11-2. Inapplicability of act to statements of accounts of public utilities This act shall not apply to statements of accounts rendered to customers by public utilities whose billing practices are subject to the jurisdiction and regulation of the Board of Public Utility Commissioners.
